You will absolutely love working with Sonja Bowman! Her coaching style is so unique because you never feel like just a client. I love the way she motivates through the hard spots, but celebrates you even in the smallest successes! She is always on your side pushing you to become the best possible version of yourself. After working with her for 6 months, I was able to lose 42lbs! Sonja’s workouts are challenging but will definitely get you the results you want. I would tell anyone starting to exercise to use Sonja as your spring board to a healthier lifestyle.
I became a member of the WYE not only because I needed to stay on top of my health and well-being but also for motivation and accountability. The WYE stands out from other fitness programs in that Sonja checks in on us outside of our scheduled workout times, knows our individual goals, has us complete journal entries regarding our fitness journey, and challenges herself just as much as she challenges us. Although she’s our trainer/coach, most of the time it feels like she’s also a workout partner because she puts in the work right along with us and is there every step of the way.
What can I say about Sonja Bowman and the Whole You Experience. Sonja is the BEST coach/trainer...well scratch that, she's more like a motivator/encourager. I have been a part of WYE since the start in 2018. It hasn't always been easy, but it's been necessary! Thank you for pushing, motivating, encouraging, uplifting and holding me accountable. Because of you, I'm now a firm believer that my mind tells my body what to do! Whether you're just starting on your fitness journey or an advance pro; WYE has something for you! Sonja's program speaks to the WHOLE YOU - mind, body & spirit! She's going to meet you where you are and with hard work, dedication, and consistency; you will become the person you are destined to be!
To stay healthy during COVID-19
1) Stay Home: Adhere to the CDC’s and the government’s recommendations to shelter-in-place
2) Eat Healthy: Keep healthy snacks around to help offset that Snickers bar or Reese’s. Also, be sure to take your vitamins. They will help strengthen your immune system.
3) Get proper rest: Sleep helps “reset” your brain, refuel your mind and also helps your body to recover.
4) Get Moving: Don’t sit around all day, get up and stay active.
Walk, jog, run, simply get it done!
Every first Friday of the month we run a 5K and you can too! You can do it at home, your local gym, a trail, a park, or anywhere in the world! If you'd like to join us, mark your calendars with the following dates.

Sonja Bowman, a native of Fort Worth, Texas and a champion of Faith, Family, Finances, and Fitness, is best known for her ability to motivate and inspire others to be the best version of themselves!
With over two decades of leadership experience, she has learned, developed, and applied creative communication techniques that have proven to be successful, and driven organizational and personal growth. Sonja’s distinct communication style has also been applied in her 25-year career as an entrepreneur, providing practical advice to an array of clients daily.
She holds an Associate of Arts degree and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.
She resides in Arlington, Texas with her husband and together they have three amazing children.
