To stay healthy during COVID-19
1) Stay Home: Adhere to the CDC’s and the government’s recommendations to shelter-in-place
2) Eat Healthy: Keep healthy snacks around to help offset that Snickers bar or Reese’s. Also, be sure to take your vitamins. They will help strengthen your immune system.
3) Get proper rest: Sleep helps “reset” your brain, refuel your mind and also helps your body to recover.
4) Get Moving: Don’t sit around all day, get up and stay active.
Walk, jog, run, simply get it done!
Every first Friday of the month we run a 5K and you can too! You can do it at home, your local gym, a trail, a park, or anywhere in the world! If you'd like to join us, mark your calendars with the following dates.

Sonja Bowman, a native of Fort Worth, Texas and a champion of Faith, Family, Finances, and Fitness, is best known for her ability to motivate and inspire others to be the best version of themselves!
With over two decades of leadership experience, she has learned, developed, and applied creative communication techniques that have proven to be successful, and driven organizational and personal growth. Sonja’s distinct communication style has also been applied in her 25-year career as an entrepreneur, providing practical advice to an array of clients daily.
She holds an Associate of Arts degree and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.
She resides in Arlington, Texas with her husband and together they have three amazing children.
